An original Joan Moshimer classic, featured in “Time to Celebrate! RHM’s 30th Anniversary”, Rug Hooking Magazine November/December 2018, Volume XXX, Number 3, hooked by by Lisanne Miller. A unique vintage holiday pattern!

This can be displayed many ways. The first pictures of our collection, as a shutter sitter, by Lisanne Miller/W. Cushing & Co.. Our next, by Joan Moshimer herself, and displayed near a brick fireplace. Another free standed santa, was hooked by Patty Schumacher.  Other examples were hooked by Betty Laub, Sue Greening, Carol Butcher, Deb Kelley and Judy Privett.  All beautiful and a masterpiece for their holiday display!

Check out our half yards, from our dyed wool, of Vintage Paisley Red or Hearts A Fire, Mother of Pearl, Imari Jade, Christmas Green and Red. We recommend also adding some Roving and Arctic Rays to make a twinkle in his eye, or an embellished beard. We have textured wools and fur yarns also to make it the perfect hooked project.  A timeless pattern…great in any color and any style!
